1 Start 2 Complete The 2025 ASE Conference exhibition floor plan is now available for bookings. The ASE 2025 Exhibition will take place in 2 identical rooms opposite each other in Pope building. The smallest stand is 2m x 1m with a shell scheme and 1 electrical socket costing £950+VAT. Some premium stands attract slightly higher fees. It may be possible to increase your stand size in multiples of 1m at an additional cost of £475 per metre. Stand activities can project forwards by an additional half a metre. Chairs, tables and data scanners are available at additional cost (see below) further on in this questionnaire. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Organisations with sponsorship agreements have priority choice of stands. Each 2m stand provides 2 complimentary exhibitor passes and any additional 1m spaces booked will increase the passes by 1 additional staff member too (i.e. a 4m stand will offer 4 complimentary passes). Exhibitors requiring more passes for their team (than allocated with their stand space) will be required to purchase day delegate tickets in accordance with their ASE membership status.
