Description

In 2008, the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University teamed up with VT Enterprise (now Babcock International) in their submission of a successful bid to deliver the national STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Subject Choice and Careers Project. An integral part of the bid was the promotion of equality and diversity throughout the project, with a specific intention to produce an equality and diversity ‘toolkit’. The aim of the toolkit was to assist anyone involved in the creation of STEM careers resources for young people.
