Description
This activity links to the London Marathon. The focus is the importance of exercise and healthy food for a healthy body and mind. It includes how to take a resting and after exercise heart rate so we know that we have exercised effectively and safely.
Children will determine the importance of exercise in keeping us healthy. They will understand that exercise keeps our bodies healthy and our minds healthy too.
